- Payment of fees and materials are in cash only.
- Students are required to pay on the first lesson of each block of 4 sessions.
- Fees are not transferable.
- Fees are non refundable.
- Make up lessons are subject to the availability of slots and within the 4 week cut off date. The lesson will be considered forfeited if there are no available slots.
- Art Is Studio will not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings during or after lessons hours. Students are encouraged to look after their own belongings.
- As a goodwill gesture ART IS studio allows student's artworks and materials to be stored at the studio without extra charge for the duration of their course study but Art Is studio will not be liable for any loss or damage of artworks and materials.
- Art Is Studio will not be liable for any illnesses or injuries sustained in the studio.
- No photography or video taking of artworks and lessons in progress is allowed in the studio without prior consent from the studio or students.
- No posting of the above mentioned artworks and lessons in progress on social media or any form of media without prior consent from the studio or students.
- Art Is studio reserves the right to use any of the artworks produced from the studio and lessons in progress for advertising and promotional purposes without prior notice or consent from students.
- Art Is studio reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- By signing the attendance card students agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Art Is studio.
